Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver only to mainland UK addresses.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to:

Northern Ireland
-
Channel Islands
-
Isle of Man
-
International destinations
(If this changes in future, we will update this policy.)
Delivery Charges
Free Delivery
Delivery on our standard range of products is free for orders over £45.
Standard Delivery Charge
For orders under £45, a standard delivery charge will be applied at checkout.
Remote Area Surcharges
In some areas of mainland UK, our contracted delivery providers (Royal Mail or courier services) may apply additional surcharges.
If this applies to your order, we will contact you by email or telephone before dispatch. You will then have the option to:

cancel your order for a full refund, or
-
pay the additional delivery cost
Dispatch Times
All delivery times are based on working days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed:
-
before 12:00pm (midday) are usually dispatched the same working day
-
after 12:00pm are processed the next working day
Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Estimated Delivery Times
We aim for you to receive your goods within 5 working days from receipt of your order, subject to stock availability.
If we anticipate any delay, we will notify you by email with an expected dispatch or delivery date.
Split Deliveries
If an order cannot be fulfilled completely at once, we may need to send items in separate packages.
If this is necessary, we will contact you to confirm how you would like us to manage the remainder of your order.
There will be no additional delivery charge for split shipments.
Delivery Address & Instructions
Goods will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
You may include special delivery instructions for the courier. We will do our best to follow these instructions, but we cannot accept liability for loss or damage where delivery has been completed correctly.
Responsibility for Goods
Ownership of the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address specified.
